The book series “Sunrise” gathers contributions that address studies of cinema and visual culture in its various forms including photography, video, television, and videogames. The series aims to introduce to the readers the most advanced theoretical perspectives that inform contemporary thought, with a particular focus on the analysis of gender studies, postcolonial and transnational contexts, psychoanalysis and continental philosophy, research on technologies and post-human studies.
